ECJVC Team Building Day
Purpose
The Refuge challenge courses will strengthen our teams mentally, physically, and relationally! The completion of the courses will help improve team communication, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ultimately strengthen the bonds our athletes share.

What to wear/bring
- Athletic shoes
- Warm athletic pants (jeans that can stretch will also be fine)
- Sweatshirt/warm outerwear
- Water bottle
- Snack if desired
Please drop off your athlete 15 minutes prior to our start time. This will allow time for cars to exit, coaches to gather teams, and challenge course instructors to provide instruction.
