Camp/Clinic Cancellation Policy

 

• We reserve the right to cancel any camp or clinic which does not achieve established minimum registration requirements.  You will be notified by e-mail should a cancellation be necessary.  For camps cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
• If a participant does not show up for a registered camp or clinic, they will forfiet 100% of all camp/clinic fees.
• If you choose to withdraw your child from a camp/clinic, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the session.  If you withdraw, you will receive a credit to your account for a future camp or clinic.
